What's Included

 

The proposed project includes:

  • A secure, monitored main entrance located near parking for better access

  • A FEMA-rated storm shelter that is accessible to all students and staff

  • Four new classrooms to support enrollment growth

  • Renovated spaces for student programs and support services

  • A second gymnasium

  • Safer access and circulation around campus

  • ​Full fire suppression system to both the new construction and the existing building.

 

The Conceptual Site Plan

The plan above is the conceptual site plan. This is an early-stage architectural drawing that shows how a future campus could be organized and used. It's not a final blueprint — it's a planning tool that helps the community visualize what a successful bond could make possible, and to create a realistic all-in budget for the work to be done.

While the design may evolve as planning continues, the bond amount is fixed — the district cannot spend more than $6,950,000 in bond funds, no matter how the final plans develop.

 

Once the design is finalized with community input, the architect will produce construction documents that can be taken out for bid. Every division of the project will be competitively bid, ensuring the district gets the best possible value for taxpayer dollars.
