The Conceptual Site Plan
The plan above is the conceptual site plan. This is an early-stage architectural drawing that shows how a future campus could be organized and used. It's not a final blueprint — it's a planning tool that helps the community visualize what a successful bond could make possible, and to create a realistic all-in budget for the work to be done.
While the design may evolve as planning continues, the bond amount is fixed — the district cannot spend more than $6,950,000 in bond funds, no matter how the final plans develop.
Once the design is finalized with community input, the architect will produce construction documents that can be taken out for bid. Every division of the project will be competitively bid, ensuring the district gets the best possible value for taxpayer dollars.
